One of the best roads in LondonW14 8JL
According to 'The Survey of London' number 65 Addison Road was one of the first houses built on this section of the road by builder James Hall in July 1855. Hall had the luxury of acres of green space so built detached stucco villas each sitting perfectly on a large garden plot.
Today little has changed in the appearance of these majestic houses making Addison Road one of the most sought after addresses in London.
The building is set behind a large front garden (approximately 40ft) and the apartment is approached up steps and through a porticoed grand entrance. Within there are high ceilings throughout with period fireplaces and interesting Victorian feature windows.
A grand drawing room with period fireplace has a large bay window overlooking the garden (approximately 66ft) and there is a good sized kitchen/dining room to the front. There are two large, high ceilinged bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and one of these also has a dressing room and has views of the garden.
Addison Road is one of the best roads in London and it runs from High Street Kensington up to Holland Park Avenue so has the green expanse of Holland Park nearby along with excellent travel links with Holland Park underground, Shepherds Bush underground/over ground, Earls Court and High Street Kensington as well as quick road links to the west and Heathrow.
